- You will develop the security strategy, anticipating complex issues, challenges and opportunities, ensuring it is successfully communicated, implemented and meets business needs
- Define the portfolio of security requirements to support delivery of Survitec business goals and compliance; define the security model for each core application and manage the third-party relationships to ensure security delivered to contract
- Provide authoritative specialist advice to the IT and wider business leadership team to guide the implementation of and maximise functionality of security
- Define the roadmap and business plans for security measures, implement and upgrade, to meet Survitec business priorities and customer requirements
- Communicate the roadmap for change and renewal and its relationship to Survitec’s mission, vision and values; clarify the actions needed to implement that roadmap; motivate people to commit to these actions and to doing extraordinary things to achieve Survitec’s business goals
- Participate in the development of the wider IT strategy, applying functional expertise to test the viability of the strategy and contributing creative ideas and insights to support the strategy formation process
