- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to formulate effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with marketing product and other teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market expansion.
About You
- An accomplished sales leader with at least 15 years of sales experience and a minimum of 10 years leading sales teams preferably in Legal Tech
- Have a growth mindset. No big ego that gets in the way of learning: You are curious collaborative and good with objective feedback.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership preferably in SaaS with experience in legal tech adventurous
- Strong understanding of the Australian market with established networks.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
