Job Description

Our client is a Property Technology Company leveraging Technology to disrupt the way we buy rent sell design
construct manage and make decisions on property investments.
In this role you are responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational processes and activities of the organization. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth and efficient operationsimprove productivity and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Additionally he/she will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive operational excellence and scale the business.
Oversee the loan approval process which includes the loan committee structure as well as monitoring systems.
Provide portfolio management oversight to ensure that the Company s asset quality and loan profitability meet
stated objectives and that the overall credit relationship management emphasis of the organization is consistent
with the Company s underwriting standards

Summary of Responsibilities

Loan Operations Management:
Oversee the endtoend loan origination processing and servicing operations.
Ensure timely and accurate execution of loan transactions adhering to internal policies and regulatory
requirements.

Team Leadership:
Build lead and mentor a highperforming operations team.
Provide guidance on loan processes compliance and customer service.

Process Optimization:
Implement quality assurance measures to maintain accuracy and consistency in loan documentation.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Evaluate and optimize loan processes to enhance efficiency accuracy and overall operational performance.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows.

Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance standards and internal policies throughout the loan lifecycle.
Collaborate with risk management teams to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with loans
operations.

Quality Assurance:
Implement quality assurance measures to maintain accuracy and consistency in loan documentation.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Client Communication:
Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding loan processing and related inquiries.
Implement effective communication strategies to keep clients informed about the status of their loans.

Collaboration with Crossfunctional Teams:
Collaborate with technology customer experience and sales teams to ensure alignment between operational
processes and overall company goals.
Provide insights into operational considerations for new product development.

Reporting and Analytics:
Develop and analyze operational reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide regular updates to the executive team on operational performance.


Requirements

Minimum of 5 years proven experience in operations management

Bachelor s degree in business administration Operations Management or a related field

Proven experience in a similar role within the financial or real estate technology sector

Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high
performing team

Strong leadership and team management skills

Thorough understanding of loan origination processing and servicing

Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
