GreenMo stands for Green Mobility. We make sure all the big players in the world of last-mile delivery stay mobile, in a green way. Think of Thuisbezorgd.nl, Deliveroo, Domino s Pizza, Getir and GO Sharing. We just moved our HQ to Rotterdam where all our mobility engineers work hard to keep their respected e-bikes and e-mopeds up and running. About the job

You are part of the Senior Leadership Team that reports to the CEO. Your ultimate goal will be to help us to achieve operational excellence. In this role, you are responsible for the workforce operations in the Netherlands and abroad.

GreenMo is currently transforming its operations to become even more client-centric and to increase our value-added services. As a leading company in green mobility, our operations need to be seamless with consistent and harmonized processes across countries and functions.

You will manage all elements within GreenMo Operations - from business and budget planning, growth strategies, process automation and enabling excellent and efficient support services for our global operation teams.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for our Global Operations teams and drivers:
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure our service level and efficiency KPIs are balanced.
• Use analytics to build a business that can sustainably scale.
• Identify shortcomings in existing business practices, develop compelling, insightful recommendations, and implement improvements.
• Work closely with members of sales, supply chain, procurement logistics, finance, human resources (among others) to operationalize recommendations and influence decision-making.
• Manage relationships and develop stakeholder engagement to ensure buy-in and alignment.
• Review existing operations in a major area of work and implement innovation processes to generate new ideas and ensure the required continuous improvement outcomes are delivered.

Elements

• Bachelor's / Master's degree, preferably within supply chain, logistics or engineering;
• Demonstrated experience in leading sustained change and driving initiatives to deliver tangible, sustained business results;
• Experience with leading and managing operations and/or supply chain teams (people management), preferably in a (matrix) international organizational structure;
• Proven effectiveness in influencing and building alignment with senior management;
• Demonstrated record of problem-solving and analytical skills, including presentation skills;
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
• Great leaderschip skills: motivator, empathy, positive, relationship building, ability to delegate;
• Excellent communication skills, fluency in written and spoken business in both Dutch and English.
