This is an exciting, newly created leadership role located at Influencer HQ, As we grow and scale across the world we are looking for a seasoned measurement leader who can set the vision for this central department, its strategy and core

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set the long-term vision, overall strategy and ongoing quarterly goals for Influencer s global measurement offering - setting it up to deliver maximum value to both brands and the wider
  • Own and champion Influencer s data and measurement capabilities, driving forward our approach to reporting on campaigns, and our relationships with third party data and measurement vendors ( Nielsen, IBM Watson, Relative Insight) to support our True Human Influence
  • Drive and mobilise an internal culture of excellence around post campaign reporting, ensuring that we are delivering strong narrative and insight, not just static
  • Own quality control, ensuring all teams internally adhere to a standard of excellence
  • Work to drive internal efficiency around our post campaign reporting process through tools and
  • Manage the measurement departmental budget, including team hiring and third party vendor selection - ensuring we can deliver exceptional work at scale
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholder groups, facilitating synergy between strategy teams, sales, client teams, creator intelligence and marketing
  • Demonstrate a strong prowess for storytelling, and a vision for what measurement can drive in terms of revenue Design innovative post-campaign mixed-methodology studies that prove the value of our work and ultimately unlock creative opportunities for clients
  • Be a strategic partner to commercial teams during the entire sales life cycle to ensure we are using historical campaign insight to drive future success
  • Inform revenue growth by cross-selling and upselling value-add analytical products to existing
  • Inform creator selection process by analysing historic campaign data, social listening trends and multiple data sources to rank creators based on their brand fit and affinity
  • Partner with Influencer s DPO to ensure data practices, operations and processes are fully GDPR and CCPA compliant
  • Be an external subject matter expert on social Collaborate with marketing to amplify trends externally via PR, at industry events and within Influencer owned content
  • Keep abreast of the evolving social media landscape including research, emerging trends and bring this intelligence into the business to constantly shape and inform Influencer s offering

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years experience in an data-led business in the social or advertising space
  • Strong understanding of media buying and planning trends/ cycles
  • A proven track record in balancing leadership and operational success - operating both on a leadership team and running a global department
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills - demonstrating an ability to mine data for relevant and actionable insights
  • Must have a strong attention to detail, and be able to quality check their teams work to ensure that data anomalies/mistakes are caught before delivered externally
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify technical, complex information into something easy to digest
  • Hands on, problem solving abilities can do approach (someone who is a thinker and a doer)
  • Fluent in big trends in the social, marketing and media space - in particular measurement
