• At least 13 years experience in the same field
• Good communication in making good relations
• Proficient in English both written and spoken
• Experienced in using Psychology Test and Behavioral Evidence Interview
• Understand about Competence and People Development
• Having good interaction with employees
• Creative Sociable Multitasking Teamwork player

Job Description:

• Responsible for managing all employees from selection and recruitment up to termination process
• Improve and develop the employees knowledge and skill through training development program
• Manage all human resources issues and administration functions
• Manage employees welfare and benefit properly
  
• Manage HR strategy long term planning including workforce planning and performance management
