• Analysis and Review of technical information. - Review, Audit and Quality Check of Information models.
• Definition of technical and quality standards and tools for production and coordination of information models - Monitor, Review and Approve Information models.
• Review, approval and issuance of technical reports and calculations as required - Support for estimation and planning to Technical Sales.
• Selection, monitoring and assessment of the performance of teams and its team members.
• Development, implementation and optimization of standards for the operations of the department including process change.
• Monitoring and assessment of the performance of projects, including time, quality and helping in achievement financial target.
• Leadership, guidance and approval for the production of Engineering solutions, documents and standards.
• Support the Technology Manager in the development of controlling strategies to improve the maintenance of data integrity
