POSITION: Head Human Resources

QUALIFICATION: Bachelors / Masters degree in Human Resources or related field
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10 years of relevant experience in the IT industry.
People oriented and results driven.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Excellent active listening negotiation and presentation skills.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal. relationships at all levels of the company.
Indepth knowledge of HR best practices.
Strategic thinker and problem solver.
Strong understanding of the endtoend recruitment process including sourcing screening Interviewing and selection of candidates.
Team leadership and HR certification preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with senior management to link HR initiatives to the companys strategic plan.
Lead recruitment to attract and retain top talent.
Implement onboarding and career development programs oversee performance management and succession planning.
Resolve complex employee relations issues and foster on
inclusive engaging work environment Manage compensation incentives and benefits ensuring competitiveness.
Stay updated on market trends.
Develop and enforce HR policies ensuring legal compliance and data security.
Identify training needs and promote contyous learning
Establish HR metrics and analytics for decisionmaking
Champion DEI initiatives and programs.
Efficiently manage the HR budget
