Job Description

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Conduct daily review on open incidents.
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Follow up on IT purchasing procedure to avoid delays & errors in related processes.
• Maintain all users files related to IT assets
. • Follow up on the IT assets inventory system & reconciling the IT assets information with the finance department related records • Participation in IT projects & post implementation support
