A fitness revolution is coming to Manchesters Media City This is an excellent fitness industry job for talented coaches group training coaches and personal trainers We are searching for knockout individuals to join the team at the BRAND NEW UBX recently opened! The site in Media City is the first of its kind to open in the UK having successfully taken over the Australian Fitness market UBX as a brand are set to become a huge player in the boutique fitness industry and we are looking for talented vibrant coaches to join the movement!

What is UBX Boxing and Strength

UBX (pronounced YouBox) offer a workout like no other! We offer workouts for our members combining the coaching element and vibrancy of a classlike environment all in one! We help our members to train and master their boxing skills at times convenient for them without any time restraints Training sessions are modelled around a round boxing contest and are professionally designed to combine functional strength and cardio exercises for all fitness levels This is a role where you are able to blend your knowledge and expertise with the personal touch upskilling care and attention given by a coach

The Opportunity

The purpose of this role is to run the day to day workouts and to develop a gym culture where excellence and member appreciation are the focus and results are achieved Your role is to bring structure to the workouts where you are required to manage your focus on multiple members at any one time This is to ensure a smooth running of members entering completing and finshing their workout simultaneously We are looking for someone that can confidently demonstrate their knowledge of training technical ability and boxing skill whilst building rapport with our member base

You will be required to

Run outstanding daily workouts

Maintain gym facilities to the highest standards

Deliver an exceptional member experience

Be a valued member of a professional team of coaches

Assist the manager in carrying out sales campaigns in order to increase membership via lead generation brand promotion social media networks and outreach activities

To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate the following

Level Personal Training qualification and First Aid at Work

Have boxing functional strength and conditioning training knowledge and skills as well as the ability to teach others effectively

High level experience in coaching in a group fitness environment

Have an energetic positive attitude and enjoy working in a fastpaced team environment

Meet minimum fitness level requirements

Be driven by excellence

Enjoy working with people and building meaningful relationships
