• Develop high quality designs based on well-defined requirements. • Conduct technical research. • Create designs based on specific standards (Product based or SEDCO based standards). • Write brief description of developed designs. • Learn new design tools when needed. • Apply reported comments on designs effectively. • Participate in setting own tasks plan. • Report work progress. • Basic Windows Administration. • Train other team(s) members on new technology/methodology. • Adopt Company/Product/Customer theme (layout, colors and styles) in designs. • Show excellent communication skills.
