Responsibilities:

Create visually engaging and effective designs for a variety of platforms including print and digital media.
Develop innovative and creative design solutions that align with the companys brand identity and objectives.
Apply principles of Typography and Colour Psychology to effectively convey messages.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing content creators and developers to ensure cohesive and integrated design solutions.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to projects
Responsible for developing the overall layout and production design for a variety of materials including advertisements posters (both domestic and international) brochures banners magazines corporate reports and other promotional materials or any graphicrelated works as required.
Produce highquality design assets adhering to project timelines and specifications.
Prepare files for print and web ensuring optimal quality and resolution.
Maintain and uphold brand consistency across all design projects.
Implement design guidelines and standards to ensure a unified brand presence.
Stay current with industry trends design tools and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and contribute fresh ideas.
Understand and apply design concepts according to the companys guidelines.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Photoshop CorelDraw Illustrator Canva and other AI tools.
Basic knowledge of web design principles and tools.
A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and demonstrating creativity and technical proficiency.
Effective communication skills to articulate and present design concepts.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in design work.
Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team environment.

Education:

A Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field is preferred. However candidates with any graduate degree and graphic design skills are required.
