Graphic Designer Senior

Tasks

In this role you will mainly:

• Collaborate with copywriters and art directors to develop cohesive and compelling design concepts.
• Create innovative design concepts for both web and print media.
• Develop and present pitches to attract and win new clients.
• Work within remote teams coordinating effectively with typesetters final artists programmers and other professionals.
• Ensure the highest level of design quality in all creative outputs.
• Generate creative ideas and translate them into actionable design strategies.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through completion.

Requirements

MustHave Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Proven track record in developing design concepts for both digital and print media.
• Experience in developing pitches and presentations for client acquisition.
• Proficiency in industrystandard design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong understanding of typography color theory and layout principles.
• Excellent collaboration skills with experience working in remote teams and coordinating with various production specialists.
• Ability to maintain design quality throughout all stages of a project.
• Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize and implement innovative design solutions.
• Strong organizational and project management skills capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English we are multinational!

NicetoHave:

• Experience in leading design teams or managing design projects.
• Familiarity with the latest design trends and technologies.
• Skills in additional design areas such as UX/UI motion graphics or 3D modeling.
• Professional experience in a multicultural or international work environment.
• Proficiency in additional language like German French Italian would be great
