Graphic Designer

• Assist in the creation of visual assets including but not limited to social media graphics marketing collateral presentations and other promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand representation across all channels.

• Brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas for design projects.
• Work closely with senior designers to understand project requirements and contribute to the development of design concepts.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
• Stay updated on industry trends and design tools to enhance skills and capabilities.

• Prepare files for print and digital production.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

• Communicate effectively with team members to understand project goals and requirements.
• Present design ideas and concepts to internal stakeholders.

• Accept constructive feedback and be open to making revisions based on feedback.
• Iterate on designs to achieve the desired visual impact.

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field.
• Entrylevel position; relevant internships or portfolio projects are a plus.
• Proven experience in creating engaging social media graphics
• Strong design skills with a good understanding of layout typography and color theory.
• Ability to work with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic understanding of print and digital production processes.
• A passion for design and a creative mindset.
• Ability to think inside the box and contribute fresh ideas to the team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.
