We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business objectives into engaging and visually appealing designs across various platforms. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality visual assets that align with the companys brand guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conceptualize and Create Designs:

    • Develop creative concepts and design solutions for print and digital platforms.
    • Produce highquality visuals including but not limited to social media graphics marketing materials and website elements.
  2. Collaborate with Teams:

    • Work closely with marketing sales and other departments to understand project requirements and objectives.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure design solutions meet business goals.
  3. Brand Consistency:

    • Ensure consistent application of the brand guidelines across all design elements.
    • Contribute to the evolution and refinement of the brand identity.
  4. Use Design Software:

    • Proficiently use industrystandard design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
    • Stay updated on design trends and tools to enhance design processes.
  5. Project Management:

    • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
    • Provide regular updates on project progress to relevant stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Operations Management). Proven experience in a production management or supervisory role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and health and safety standards. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
