- Communicate with current and potential customers via telephone, email, online chat, or social media
- Address any questions or issues customers may have.
- Providing the needed support to our customers to help solve their inquiries that are not related to designing.
- Researching and providing required information using available resources, keeping up to date on all products, and informing customers of new products and updates.
- Provide digital support for customers.
- Prepare needed artworks that will be printed on the clothes, taking into consideration the company's rules and policies that govern the design process.
- Use our designer tool in addition to Adobe Creative Suite or CorelDRAW to deliver the requested designs.
- Work cross-functionally with other teams.
