Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating visual content for print and digital platforms
• Collaborate with the design team to develop design concepts
• Contribute to the creation of marketing materials such as brochures posters and digital advertisements
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas
• Support the maintenance of design assets and files
• Conduct research on current design trends and technologies
• Work on projects from concept to completion under the guidance of senior designers
• Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure consistency in all designs
• Communicate effectively within the team and seek feedback to improve designs
• Stay updated on industry standards and best practices in graphic design

Required Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)
• Strong creativity and artistic skills
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to take direction and work in a collaborative team environment
• Basic understanding of typography layout and color theory
• Time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of digital and print design best practices
• Experience with photo editing and retouching is a plus
