We are seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer Intern to join our team. The internship is for a period of 3 months and is unpaid. However there is potential for a Permanent Position Offer (PPO) based on performance during the internship.

As a Graphic Designer Intern at elArise you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional visual content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals. Working closely with the marketing team and other departments you will develop engaging graphics for various digital and print materials. This role offers a handson learning environment providing valuable experience in all aspects of the design process from concept development to final execution.

Working closely with the marketing team and other departments you will develop engaging graphics for various digital and print materials. This role offers a handson learning environment providing valuable experience in all aspects of the design process from concept development to final execution.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and brand guidelines.
- Conceptualize and design creative graphics for various platforms including social media website banners email marketing campaigns presentations and print materials.
- Develop strong visual identities for marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Select and edit images and illustrations to complement designs.
- Maintain consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all visual materials.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide feedback on design concepts.
- Conduct basic photo editing and image manipulation (e.g. resizing cropping).
- Stay uptodate with current design trends and best practices.
Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of design principles and visual communication. Proficiency in industrystandard design software such as Adobe Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills ability to work independently and as part of a team high motivation and a keen eye for detail are also required.
