CoachHub is looking for a Director of Sales Enablement to partner with our C-level and VP-level leaders in defining our Sales Enablement strategy and implementing programs to provide content, onboarding and on-going training for our sales teams around the world.

Our ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the SaaS landscape, robust experience leading Enablement teams across complex organisations that sell into large Enterprise companies with multiple decision makers and complex purchasing criteria; and exceptional capabilities for creating strong business partnerships with stakeholders across the company, creating alignment across teams and keeping projects and deliverables on track.

THE ROLE: reporting to our VP Revenue Operations, this is a newly-created, full-time leadership position that will oversee our growing global Sales Enablement team. You can be based at our Berlin office, or work remotely from your location within Europe.

THE TEAM: our Sales Enablement team enables and unleashes the potential of CoachHub s worldwide Sales teams by providing the information, content, training and coaching they need to be more efficient and effective in engaging customers along the purchase journey.

Your responsibilities:

  • Define the vision and strategy of our Sales Enablement function
  • Lead and manage a team of 15+ Enablement specialists and managers
  • Work closely with Sales and cross-functional leaders worldwide to determine enablement priorities to increase our sales team productivity and reduce our time to market.
  • Align our Enablement efforts with our company wide priorities and the needs of our sales teams
  • Oversee the delivery of our Enablement programs, courses, materials and content to make our sellers more successful
  • Create our unique sales enablement methodology and other deliverables (competitive battle cards, sales playbooks, ideal customer profiles, buyer process maps, etc.)
  • Define and track on a regular basis key metrics and KPIs to ensure the effectiveness and impact of our enablement initiatives
  • Collaborate with our Marketing team on product positioning, CoachHub s value proposition and messaging for it to resonate with our target audience and buying personas
  • Train our sales team on our current and future tech stack
  • Own and run our bi-monthly sales onboarding program, yearly Sales Kick-off and President s club events

Your profile:

  • Essential: 4+ years of experience leading Sales Enablement teams for hyper-growth SaaS companies selling to Enterprise customers (5,000+ employees), with complex selling environments, sales motions and processes
  • You thrive in ambiguity, leading by example and helping team members and stakeholders identify, navigate and solve complex issues and business problems
  • You are great at collaborating cross-functionally with other teams and individuals at multiple levels of an organisation, creating alignment, breaking silos, fostering consensus and driving business results
  • You are strategic and have experience in defining great Enablement strategies
  • You have a wide experience in delivering excellent onboarding, coaching and training programs
  • You have a robust experience in change management, having rolled out in the past large and complex changes across hundreds of sellers
  • You are a people leader and you strive to coach and up-skill large teams to do the best job of their lives
