German Customer Support Agent

Join our team as a Customer Support Agent in Lisbon providing essential assistance to bank clients. As a Customer Support Agent you will handle various client inquiries via phone and email ensuring the provision of accurate and complete information. Tasks

• Handle all incoming contacts from bank clients including ID and TPIN issues Postbank app setup cardrelated matters safety concerns transactions and complaints.
• Continuously develop your knowledge to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues.
• Utilize adequate tools processes and methods to ensure accurate valid and complete information provision.
• Deliver exceptional client service aiming for firstcontact issue resolution.
• Work 100% onsite at Parque das Naes.

Requirements

• C1 German with great linguistic expression and B1 English proficiency both oral and written.
• Ability to actively listen identify apply and explain product and service expertise with clarity.
• Capability to handle stressful situations effectively.
• EU Passport holder
