Role : Genesys / Genesys Developer
Required Technical Skill Set : Genesys 7.x and above Unix PL/SQL Java/J2EE
Locations: BLR/HYD/GGN/NDA/KOCHI/BBSR

MustHave

Overall IT experience of 5 years Experience in Genesys framework and exposure on
genesys reporting
Experience in Genesys SIP(Session initiation protocol) server development at least
one project executed to completion. Preferably voice
Experience in Genesys IRD/ORS application development
Experience on Java/J2EE application development/deployment
Experience in developing javascript code
Experience deploying applications on jetty will be desirable
Experience in using GIT
Good communication skills
Good analytical skills and ability to research and present findings
Strong knowledge of Contact Center Environment Genesys CTI Voice eServices
Inbound and Outbound voice flows WFM Genesys Sip debugging
Very good Communication skills to be able to handle aggressive clients

Strong Technical Experience with Genesys Multimedia Solutions
Strong experience in Contact Center platform
Strong Technical Experience with Contact center applications and platform
Experience in designing and developing Genesys Multimedia solutions(Chat)
Experience in Contact center environment applications
Strong business analysis requirements design and documentation skills
Ability to communicate both functional and technical concepts to the client and
team mates
Ability to apply technology to solve business problems
Ability to work on all phases of complex work assignments
Understanding of technical architecture and strategies of Contact center system
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence clients and management
Ability to analyze use structured problem solving and available tools to
troubleshoot systems identify root cause action plans impact and resolution options

Overview:

As a Genesys Developer with our company you will play a key role in designing developing and implementing Genesys solutions that optimize our contact center operations. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and deliver custom solutions that enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design develop and implement Genesys contact center solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements.
  • Perform customization and integration of Genesys solutions to meet business needs.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for Genesys applications and integrations.
  • Create technical documentation and user guides for Genesys solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Genesys configuration.
  • Stay updated with Genesys product updates features and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with vendors and partners for Genesys platform upgrades and maintenance.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
