- Responsible for all travel logistics including but not limited to: Meet and assist, Hotel Reservation, Flight reservations.
- Movement of the head office cars.
- Expats and head office monthly cars inspections.
- Handling the Expat Cars, and drivers.
- Handling Stationery and catering requests inside the head office.
- Assigned areas maybe changed based on the annual leaves of the team.
- Suggest suitable travel options that best suite clients' needs.
- Research, explore and study different travel destination options to fit company budget.
- Cost savings and control of the travel budget.
- Experience in office management operations, including HK, Security, etc.
Qualifications
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- University Degree in hospitality, Travel, Tourism, or similar relevant field
- Demonstrable experience as a travel consultant, with expertise in local and international travel arrangements.
