4560k basic salary (experience dependant) 25% bonus

We have a truly exciting opportunity for a General Manager to take the helm at one of the best leisure attractions in Europe this is trulya leisure job not to be missed! As a General Manager you will have overall responsibility of the site and will be expected to be a natural leader. You will be managing 3 senior department managersand will have overall responsibility for this largesites operations and commercial performance. You will have a natural passion for customer service and health and safety. We are looking for someone who thrives in working in a fastpaced environment has strong commercial acumen strategic and people and customercentric in approach.

What do we need from you

• At least 3 years senior management experience within the Leisure/Hospitality industry (this must be multifaceted and at GM level or above)

• The ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Comfortable with working within peak and off peak seasonal times
• Previous experience of managing and deliveringlarge budgets 6mill

• Enthusiastic and proactive you must be able to think on your feet in this fastpaced environment

• The ability to lead manage and motivate a team
• Customer centric
• Excellent operational and health & safety standards

We are extremely keen to speak to experienced managers who are looking for a new challenge with an ambitious and highly reputable company. You must come from a multifaceted leisure business and be used to managing large budgets P&Ls. This could be a holiday park family entertainment centre trampoline park bowling or any other large leisure business.
