Summary:

Seeking a highly qualified and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our manufacturing facility in Baghdad.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, be fluent in both English and Arabic, and have a proven track record in budgeting, marketing strategies, and sales.

The General Manager will be responsible for leading a diverse team, ensuring efficient production processes, and driving the overall success of the company.

Duties:

-Lead and inspire a diverse team of professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

_Ensure effective communication and collaboration among different departments within the factory.

-Oversee day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards.

-Implement and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

-Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.

-Develop and manage the factory budget, ensuring financial objectives are met.

-Implement cost control measures and identify opportunities for cost savings.

-Analyze financial reports to make data-driven decisions and achieve financial targets.

-Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the factory's products.

-Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.

Qualifications and Skills:

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

-Proven experience as a General Manager in a manufacturing environment specially in Iraq.

-Fluent in both English and Arabic.

-Strong leadership and team management skills.

-Demonstrated experience in budgeting, financial management, and sales.

-In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
