GENDER RESEARCHER

• Review and update existing researches established by Oxfam Assess and identify support needed by Gender Justice (GJ) partners and provide accompaniment • Identify new strategic partners for GJ. Assist in the development of new partnerships and alliances in the country (especially with feminist and women’s rights organizations) • Support the design of the training plans and curricula for local partner organizations according to their gender related needs identified linking that with the research and analysis results • Establish a qualitative and quantitative benchmark against which project achievements should be, relating to a project objective that will be measured in the inception phase of the project • Specific baseline assessments and reports for GJ projects such as media monitoring to analyze overall visibility for public awareness of gender-based violence (GBV) • Support gender country analysis
