Our customer is a Swedish company, employing 11,000 people across 20 locations. The company is a leading provider of products and advanced software for online casinos. We are looking for Dutch team members in sunny Malta. We look for Dutch and/or Flemish-speaking talent who want to join us as a Game Presenter.
Being a Game Presenter means that you will host one of our casino games in front of the camera. It is kind of like a tv-presenter or a vlogger, except you don't need to come up with a script. Worried because you have never been in front of a camera or dealt a game of Blackjack? No problem - during your first two weeks with us, we will train you on all you need to know to be successful at work. This also includes teaching you public presentation techniques which is a skill that you can use also later in life.
That want to have a good time in (most likely) their first job. It would be good if they have some form of customer facing work experience but not required.
Since candidates will be working in front of a live studio audience the company expects candidates with a good appearance. Given the nature of the role, requirment for Female Game Presenters are higher 70% and Male 30%.
The Game Presenter role will be to present one of our casino games in front of the camera. like a TV presenter or vlogger, but without script. No previous work experience is required, we accept students and first-time workers.
Visible piercings: It really depends on how prominent the piercings are, and we might need to seek approval from the customer's end. Just for the video its fine but during work the candidate might be asked to take them out.
We want you to be:
Working hours: candidates work in 1 of 3 shifts. For every 1.5hr of work there will be 30min paid break. They have both 8 and 12 hour shift patterns. 8 hour shift will have 2 days' off for a week on average and 12 hours will have 3 - 4 days off on average. they have the following shifts: The rotative shifts are like this; mornings 8.00-16.00, afternoons 16.00-24, night 24-8.00. An example of a work week could be Mon and Wed on the morning shift, and Fri and Sat on the afternoon shift.
Ideally we will like candidates to be flexible to work all shift patterns but if there are preferences that might be considered. Last week of each month they will have the schedule for the following month. Any emergency changes to the schedule will be given with 24hr notice.
