FunctionalBusiness Analyst

Due to expanding business the firm is looking to hire an Functional and Business Analyst.

REQUIREMENTS

• Academic background in Information Technology Business Administration or related fields.
  
• Proven experience as a Functional Analyst (minimum of 3 years) or in a similar role.
  
• Knowledge of techniques for gathering analyzing and specifying requirements and processes.
  
• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban and ability to work in agile teams.
  
• Knowledge of major functional and business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g. BPMN UML Agile among others).
  
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira or Trello.
  
• Communication and problemsolving skills.
  
• Portuguese Level: Native
  
• English Level: Fluent
  

RESPONSABILITIES

• Gather analyze and document functional requirements necessary for project teams and application maintenance.
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements.
  
• Translate requirements into detailed functional specifications use cases and user stories.
  
• Develop and maintain requirement documentation including process flow diagrams data models and other related artifacts.
  
• Facilitate working sessions with stakeholders to identify needs issues and solutions.
  
• Support the Product Owner throughout the software development lifecycle closely collaborating with the development team.
  
• Participate in functional and acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure compliance with requirements.
  
• Identify and resolve business and functional issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Conduct process analysis identifying improvement opportunities and proposing efficient solutions.
  
• Support managers to ensure projects are delivered within established timelines and meet the quality standards required by business areas.
