Must have:
- Experience: 10+ years of development experience (preferably in the financial services domain).
- Technical leadership: Worked on proven products and has grown a development team.
- Technology: Strong grasp on (A) Java, (B) React native, (C) Expert RESTful APIs and (D) Security
- Tools & Platform: DevOps able with solid understanding of Kubernetes (or any other distribution ex: Openshift) and git.
- Process: Agile/Scrum experience with fast paced environment (NO BRDS)

Responsibility:
A- Leadership:
- Lead a development team, making architectural and design decisions.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure that the team delivers high-quality code
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize features

B- Development
- Develop high-performance and secure Java backend services
- Design and build scalable and robust React Native applications
- Integrate with APIs, external services, and databases
- Optimize application for performance, scalability, and reliability
