Full Stack Developer

This is a remote position.

• Work with the eCommerce team to identify and realize short, medium, and long-term website goals and help define the future digital experience.
  
• Build and modify Shopify themes and templates to realize a mobile-first, conversion-optimized site.
  
• Build and modify Craft CMS modules and ensure Shopify and Craft integrations are working seamlessly.
  
• Own website code base, version control, and documentation to ensure the site are clean, built for scale, and optimized for speed, accessibility, and SEO.
  
• Continuously maintain accessibility standards.
  
• Implement A/B and multivariate testing tools and work with eCommerce team to launch, measure, and optimize based on results.
  
• Define testing frameworks and perform code review sprints and debugging across devices and browsers.
  
• Set goals and continuous improvement plans for site speed improvements to improve ranking and UX.
  

Requirements

• 3-5 years of full-stack development experience with at least 2 years of Shopify theme development (a plus if you have experience with Craft CMS).
  
• Expert level development experience working across Liquid, JS, HTML, Sass, CSS, and additional programming languages.
  
• Strong experience with 3rd party integrations (google analytics, ReCharge, Custom Fields, etc. )
  
• Experience working within an Agile framework, using associated product/task-tracking applications including Jira and Asana.
  
• Knowledge of eCommerce best practices across front-end and back end development, with a strong understanding of web design and UX.
  
• Experience explaining and presenting work to both technical and non-technical cross-functional team members at all levels of the organization.
  
• Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
  
• Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
  
• Must be able to work on a shifting schedule (US PST)
