Overview:

The Front Office Executive at our school in Whitefield Sarjapura Road plays a crucial role as the first point of contact for students parents and visitors. They are responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment and ensuring efficient operations of the front office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming visitors and addressing their inquiries
  • Managing phone calls and correspondence
  • Coordinating appointments and meetings
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front office
  • Assisting in admissions and enrollment processes
  • Managing school supplies and inventory
  • Processing administrative documents
  • Providing support to teaching staff as needed
  • Handling student attendance records
  • Assisting with event coordination and logistics
  • Ensuring compliance with security and safety procedures
  • Responding to email and inperson inquiries
  • Coordinating with vendors and service providers
  • Assisting in financial transactions and fee collection
  • Providing administrative support to school management

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in any field or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
