work closely with our customers and internal stakeholders to design and shape the digital product
roadmap and subsequently drive the development backlog from a product management capacity
within the assigned journey
Key Responsibilities
A Digital Specialist for Frontend Developer & CMS/DXP Expert (Content Management System) is
responsible for overseeing the implementation Integration of Web. This role requires a combination
of technical skills and digital expertise to ensure the smooth running of these systems.
Purpose and general responsibilities of the position
Managing and building the website frontend including configuring testing and troubleshooting
Customizing and integrating the CMS/DXP and using PWAs with other software and systems
Managing and analyzing data within the website and CMS/DXP including customer data financial
data and sales data
Staying uptodate on industry trends best practices and emerging technologies related to Web
Frontend and CMS/DXP Platforms.
Developing and implementing website and CMS/DXP policies and procedures
Specific responsibilities of the position
Responsible for Technically implement and troubleshoot CMS/DXP & Web system and PWAs
technically integrate with other core systems.
Accountable for frontend web development issues downtime quick fix and workaround
Technically integrate CMS/DXP with other core systems and ensure seamless flow.
Ensure high adaptation of CMS/DXP & Web to end users and BUs.

Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in digital technologies as well as
experience with Frontend development and Content Management System. They should have a good
understanding of web development and web optimization and performance techniques and be able
to manage and analyse data. Strong communication project management and problemsolving skills
are also essential for this role. Familiarity with Frontend Technologies such as HTML5 CSS3
JavaScript Typescript JavaScript Libraries JavaScript framework would be a plus. Experience with
JavaScript framework such as React Vue.js AngularNode.js would also be desirable.
You have a minimum 4 years of experience with integrating and implementing web frontend and
Content Management System and from engineering background.
Technically you preferably have experience with
1. Strong knowledge and experience in frontend development with HTML5 CSS3
Bootstrap/Tailwind JavaScript (ES6) and knowledge of frontend frameworks and libraries such as
Proficiency in ReactJS (including Redux) and Familiarity with Next.js.
2. Proven experience working with Digital Experience Platforms (DXP).
3. Experience with RESTful Services and APIs GraphQL API.
4. Experience in CSS preprocessor like CaaS SASS LESS
5. Competence in asynchronous programming using Promises and Async/Await.
6. Proficiency in Git for code versioning and collaboration.
7. Understanding of media queries for responsive design.
8. Adherence to mobilefirst design principles and ensuring CrossBrowser Compatibility.
9. Utilizing Build Tools and Task Runners.
10. Experience with NPM or Yarn for managing project dependencies.
11. Familiarity with Unit Testing Tools (such as Mocha Jasmine etc.).
12. Familiarity with responsive design principles and implementation.

1. Knowledge of Node.js and backend development.
2. Familiarity with CMS/DXP platforms.
3. Understanding of CI/CD practices.
4. Knowledge of Progressive Web Apps development.
5. Awareness of common security issues including XSS and CSRF.
6. Familiarity with tools like Lighthouse and PageSpeed Insights for performance optimization.
7. Expertise in optimizing assets such as images and scripts.
8. Implementation of lazy loading techniques.
9. Understanding of design patterns like MVC MVVM or Flux for maintaining clean and scalable
code.
