Role and Responsibilities:
The Front Desk Executive at Cloud Certitude will be responsible for managing reception and administration tasks at the front office. This includes welcoming and directing guests answering and forwarding phone calls handling mail and deliveries and ensuring the reception area is organized and wellstocked. The role also involves assisting with executive meetings travel planning recruitment activities and maintaining office security and supplies. The Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for the entire department requiring a positive attitude strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should hold a graduate degree and possess good communication skills. They should demonstrate a high energy level willingness to learn and a customerfriendly serviceoriented approach. Additionally candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Teams Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and OneDrive.
