Overview:
As a Fresher Assistant Orthopedic Consultant you will play a crucial role in providing support to orthopedic consultants and assisting in patient care. You will work closely with the medical team to ensure the smooth operation of the orthopedic department and provide highquality care to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist orthopedic consultants in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions.
- Collaborate with the medical team to create treatment plans for patients.
- Participate in surgical procedures and provide assistance as required.
- Conduct patient assessments and examinations under the guidance of senior consultants.
- Monitor patients progress and update medical records accordingly.
- Provide postoperative care and education to patients and their families.
- Assist in the implementation of orthopedic treatment protocols and procedures.
- Participate in research and contribute to academic activities within the department.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Medicine or related field.
- Completion of internship or residency program in orthopedics.
- Strong understanding of orthopedic procedures and treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
