PROCESS&SMITH is looking for a highly motivated Fresh Graduate or One Year who enjoys a bachelor's degree in (Engineering, or Business Administration or any Related Fields) to join the software implementation team.
Requirements:
- Being Fluent in English is a must.
- Having a car is a must.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills is a must.
- Ability to travel is a must.
- Technology enthusiast eager to innovate and engage with the latest developments in the technology field.
- Good knowledge in Business Process Management is preferable.

Responsibilities:
- Handle Workflow, Task Management, and Project Management Software Implementations.
- Develop and deliver high-quality training, presentations, reports, and technical documentation.
- Handling Software Testing Tasks.
- Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure successful project delivery.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and technologies.
