Offgrid Mindful Cabins GmbH is an earlystage nature travel hospitality sustainable and design startup. We are fuelled by passion for mindfulness nature storytelling and unique design experiences. We design manufacture and operate cabins (tiny houses) that promote mental wellness mindfulness and unforgettable memories in the heart of nature. Our beautifully designed Offgrid cabins serve as gateways to happier healthier lives.

Tasks

JOB INTRO:

Offgrid is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Founders Associate to join our team. As Founders Associate you will play a critical role in shaping and driving our entrepreneurial initiatives. You will work closely with the founder and executive team providing strategic guidance and expertise to identify assess and develop new business opportunities.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING HERE

• Collaborate with the executive team to define and implement Offgrids entrepreneurial strategy.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities including new products or services partnerships or expansion into new markets.
• Evaluate the feasibility and viability of new business ideas through market research financial analysis and risk assessment.
• Develop comprehensive business plans for selected opportunities including market positioning target customers revenue models and growth strategies.
• Work crossfunctionally with product development marketing and operations teams to ensure the successful execution of new ventures.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to earlystage startups within Offgrids incubator program assisting them in refining their business models market positioning and gotomarket strategies.
• Stay uptodate with industry trends emerging technologies and startup ecosystems to identify potential investment targets or partnership opportunities.
• Represent Offgrid at industry events conferences and networking forums to promote our brand and establish strategic relationships.

Requirements

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• Proven experience as an entrepreneur founder or senior executive in a startup environment.
• Strong understanding of business development market analysis and financial modeling.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to assess risks and make informed decisions based on market trends and competitive landscape.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive business plans and effectively communicate complex ideas.
• Experience working with startups or incubators is a plus.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
• Minimum Bachelors degree in business entrepreneurship or a related field. A masters degree is preferred ideally from a entrepreneurial driven university.
