• The appointed tasks are executed in an entrepreneurial manner, looking for opportunities to generate more business at all times.
• The employee has gained a thorough understanding of the department's administrative and operational tasks and is ready to assume a position equal to the level Outlet Manager or Assistant Outlet Manager in the Hotel or in other Kempinski properties.
