Responsibilities:
• Plans and execute the sales activities necessary to achieve the agreed sales objectives of the assigned products within the area/territory of responsibility.
• Build, develop and motivate a team of field medical representatives and cultivate a winning team attitude.
• Provide in-field coaching, monitor performance, and lead the individual development plans for his team members.
• Monitor the performance of the sales team by maintaining a system of visit plans, reports and business communications.
• Implement a customer-driven strategy by maintaining and developing a positive long-term relationship with customers and key opinion leaders.
• Participate in setting ambitious and realistic sales forecasts and develop specific plans, tactics, and resources needed to ensure the accomplishment of such forecasts.
• Continuously monitor the sales progress and interfere when needed to adjust deviated outcomes.
