- Supervise the achievement of targets for team (monthly, quarterly and annual) and study the market situation and analyze the competition.
- Overseeing the training of medical representatives about the ways and methods of promoting pharmaceutical products and provide them with technical information about products.
- Follow-up and participate in the implementation of plans and promotion strategies in order to achieve the highest return on investment and follow-up performance indicators and monitor the budgeting report of promotion team.
- Monitoring key performance indicators for medical representatives’ visits and changing goals on a daily or a weekly or monthly basis and follow-up medical visits schedule for representatives and ensure its accuracy.
- Supervising the implementation of plans and annual sales promotion and to ensure compliance and take all necessary measures to achieve the desired growth of company’s sales, in addition to directing the steps to undertake corrective actions to overcome obstacles.
