Required skills

• Fluent in Finnish
• Working proficiency in English
• Excellent communication skills
• Processing refund requests for automatic renewals
• Resolving activation issues (Error 2: Activation Key not found...) related to software
• Troubleshooting and resolving download issues
• Handling billing inquiries regarding automatic renewal charges
• Supervising upgrades for enhanced protection
• Assisting users in onboarding for subscription services
• Addressing and resolving VPN connection problems (Connection Error: Secure VPN has experienced a connection failure. Please try again later.)
• Managing updates for credit card information
• Utilizing strong PC skills multitasking abilities flexibility and maintaining a professional approach including punctuality and attendance along with soft skills
