- Lead the financial planning process, including the development of the annual operating plan and long-term financial forecasts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and inputs for financial analysis and planning
- Perform financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions and strategic initiatives
- Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators
- Monitor and track financial performance against budgets and forecasts, and provide timely and accurate reporting to management
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis and market trends
- Develop and maintain financial planning tools, templates, and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, providing guidance and support
