Financial Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 23 years of relevant experience in financial management and a strong understanding of accounting principles. As a Financial Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the organization by managing financial activities preparing accurate financial reports and providing strategic financial guidance.

Tasks

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to facilitate strategic decisionmaking.
• Monitor financial performance against budget.
• Regularly review and update financial forecasts based on actual performance and market trends.
• Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Generate and distribute financial reports to key stakeholders highlighting variances and key performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Monitor cash flow and liquidity to support operational needs.
• Forecast and address potential cash flow challenges.
• Implement internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting financial management.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
• 23 years of experience in financial management or a similar role.
