Job Title: Accounts Payable/ Receivable & CS Specialist (Italian/French Speaker)

Location: Lisbon Portugal

Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist fluent in Italian and French to manage our accounts payable processes for our international clients. Additionally we are also looking for qualified professionals to fill the roles of Account Receivables Manager and Customer Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounts Payable Specialist (Italian/French Speaker):
   • Efficiently process accounts payable invoices in accordance with company policies and procedures.
   • Reconcile vendor statements and promptly resolve any discrepancies.
   • Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to address invoice/paymentrelated queries.
   • Assist in monthend closing activities including accruals and reconciliations.
   • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline accounts payable processes and enhance efficiency.
   • Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.
2. Account Receivables Manager:
   • Oversee accounts receivable processes ensuring timely collection of payments from clients.
   • Manage billing procedures and resolve payment discrepancies.
   • Implement strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize outstanding receivables.
   • Provide leadership and guidance to the accounts receivable team.
3. Customer Service Manager:
   • Lead the customer service team in delivering exceptional support to our clients.
   • Manage customer inquiries and efficiently resolve issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
   • Implement strategies to improve customer service processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the respective field.
• Fluency in Italian and French with proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication skills in Italian French and English both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
