Financial Analyst

A growing company needs an Assistant General Manager or a strong, experienced Manager ready to step up. We have multiple locations in the Bay Area and are opening a new location soon and expanding through franchising nationwide.

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Requirements:

• At least 3+ years in an Assistant General Manager or high-level Manager role in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Volume experience of at least $3M
• Must have experience with Indian cuisine
• Catering and bar experience - delivery and events preferred
• Good tenure at prior jobs and consistent career progression
• Have an affinity for the exotic flavor profiles of Asia
• Take ownership: control financials, team development, and maintain a positive and energetic culture
• Basic tech skills: POS, hardware, software, computer knowledge, Internet browsers, Word, and Excel
• A passionate, decisive leader with an interest in growing into a GM role quickly

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Benefits:

• Base compensation of $60-65,000 is paid hourly and built on a 50-hour workweek (10 hours of it is at overtime rate)
