Job Description

- Extract monthly BFUs
- Prepare reports when due
- Provide data to answer donors on ad hoc questions when needed
- Make sure the accounting cycle is being respected
- Update of the forecast of their BFUs
- Support the consolidation of the BFUs, the implementation of BFU meetings and their analysis
- Support the update of the financial plan
- Support the development of the budget proposals
- Provide support during the field audits
- Support partners follow up / revision of PTORs ; and make sure accountancy is integrated regularly into NAV
- Support the Finance Coordinator in framing the work of the HUBs by providing guidance and support when required.
