Tasks

What we expect from you:

Financial Strategy Reporting and Analysis:

• Constructing and sustaining robust financial models to predict performance assess investments and guide strategic decisionmaking.
• Collaborating across business functions to create and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for tracking overall business performance.
• Leading the development and implementation of longterm financial strategies aligned with the companys overarching business goals.
• Assisting in the preparation and delivery of accurate and timely financial reports encompassing monthly quarterly and annual statements.
• Conducting thorough financial analysis to identify critical trends opportunities and risks across all business units.

Investment and Capital Allocation:

• Identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities in line with the companys strategic growth objectives including but not limited to M&A partnerships etcetera.
• Managing the companys capital allocation process to ensure optimal resource utilization.

Financial Modeling and Valuation:

• Designing and constructing sophisticated financial models to maintain budgets and longrange plans.
• Conducting company valuation analysis to assess the strategic and investor relations positioning of the company for strategic purposes.

General Industry Research and Intelligence:

• Conducting market research and competitive benchmarking to evaluate the companys positioning and strategic direction.

Requirements

What does your profile look like
As a Finance Manager you are expected to meet the following criteria:

• Possess 36 years of experience in investment banking private equity and/or strategic finance/corporate finance roles preferably within a highgrowth tech and techenabled company.
• Hold a Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics Accounting or a related field.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven approach and a bias towards taking initiatives and actions.
• Excel in communication and presentation both written and verbal with the ability to effectively convey complex financial information to diverse audiences.
• Have a proven track record of thriving in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
• Be proficient in financial modeling software including but not limited to Excel Google Sheets and financial reporting tools.
• Possess a deep understanding of and passion for software business models and the tech industry landscape.
• Be able to work independently manage multiple priorities effectively and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
• Demonstrate excellent proficiency in both the Dutch and English languages.
• Be fully available and reside in the Amsterdam area.
