- Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the financial operations of the company.
- Develop financial strategies and plans to support business growth.
- Prepare financial reports budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders including financial institutions and investors.
- Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting or related field.
- Professional certification such as ACCA or CIMA.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a finance management role.
- Experience in the mobile industry or distribution sector is preferred.
- Experience with insurance claims and retail partnerships is an advantage.
- Salary & Benefits:
- Annual salary in Rand (R) currency.
