- Calculates the daily incentives for IKEA project employees.
- Calculates the monthly wages for workers in the Jordan Designs and Bani Hamida projects.
- Creates and provides the finance department with the financial claims for monthly service contracts in all handicraft projects.
- Creates financial claims for cash advances for all handicraft projects.
- Creates financial claims for advance payments for all handicraft projects.
- Transcribes movement cards for all Jordan Designs products (JRD/Bani Hamida/Wadi Rayyan) onto raw material and pricing files (Costing BOM and Resources Sheets).
- Calculates costs/pricing for new products related to corporate projects.
- Monitors the receipt of wages for Jordan Designs project artisans monthly.
- Completes monthly FACT SHEETS (monthly personnel report) for Jordan Designs, Bani Hamida, and Wadi Rayyan projects.
