POSITION NAME Field Service Project Manager (IT)
POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Field Services Project Manager to oversee and manage various IT field service projects, including CCTV installations, router, WiFi setups, monitor deployments, HDMI configurations, and QNAP (CCTV) cloud storage device installations. The ideal candidate should have prior at-least 03 years of relevant experience in project management, a strong understanding of low voltage work, and proficiency in client interactions. Additionally, familiarity with platforms like Field Nation, Auto Task, and Kaseya products will be highly advantageous.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Management: Plan, organize, and execute IT field service projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Technician Dispatch: Schedule and dispatch field service technicians to various project locations, optimizing resource allocation for efficient project execution.
Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and support to field service technicians, ensuring the highest quality of workmanship and adherence to industry standards.
Client Interactions: Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns, providing updates on project progress, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, post-dispatch notes, and project status reports.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for the procurement of necessary equipment and materials required for projects.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure that all installations and configurations meet the specified standards and client requirements.
Technology Proficiency: Utilize software tools such as Auto Task, Kaseya products, and Field Nation for efficient project tracking, resource management, and reporting.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical support, and operations, to ensure seamless project delivery.
Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve project-related issues and obstacles in a proactive and timely manner.
REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Three years of relevant experience in project management, especially in the IT field services domain.
Familiarity with low voltage work, including CCTV, routers, WiFi, monitors, HDMI, and QNAP cloud storage devices.
Experience with Field Nation or similar field service management platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Prior experience dispatching technicians for low voltage work is a plus.
JOB LOCATION: Remote but Candidate should be an Indian citizen and currently staying in India, preferably Kolkata.
SALARY: As per Industry Standard
