Field Technician Level 1 and 2

JOB SUMMARY

We are in search of three (3) insulation & waterproofing Field Technicians in the Auburn MI. This position will be fluid evolving and challenging for the right candidate. This is a hightouch gogetter focused role.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Level 1 Technician (Junior)

• Primary role is to assist the Senior and/or Lead Technicians. and to commit to learning each system. Be eager to learn and open to instruction and direction
• Load unload organize and clean the service rig and jobsites
• Perform jobsite tasks as directed by the lead technician (masking protection trimming insulation cleanup job preparations)
• Collect all tools gear trash equipment etc back into rig at the end of each day
• Continuous cleanup of the jobsite work areas and the rig. At the end of each day both are clean and organized to a Grade A level
• Perform other duties as assigned

Level 2 Technician (Lead)

• Be proficient (Grade A) product installer in one or more of our product lines (spray foam corefoam air barrier waterproofing blownin spray cellulose batt)
• Be comfortable and confident dealing directly with our customers and working alongside your Junior Technician(s) and doing onthejob training
• Prep and verify the service rig and/or jobsite has all the necessary tools equipment and material to complete that job ontime and within the allotted budget
• Walk the job with the MAG customer prior to leaving the jobsite to verify all required work is completed to their satisfaction (if Customer or job supervisor is not onsite have a phone call discussion to review the days activities)
• Verify that each days data entry work is completed and uploaded into Procure (timecards job reports key performance indicators)
• Perform other duties as assigned
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience reading plans and below grade waterproofing or caulking preferred
• After training and orientation must have the ability to take firm ownership of the responsibilities and work well with a team
• Must have reliable transportation

Job Type: Fulltime
Pay: $16.00 $27.00 per hour (plus Bonus)
Schedule:
8 hour shift (7am to 4pm EST)
Monday to Friday occasional weekends
Work Location: Auburn MI
