Job Description

- responsible for the following tasks
- Directly supervise, coach and support Community Health Workers (CHWs)
- Manage field locations, and provide technical and administrative support to outreach teams Act as a trainer cascading trainings on RMNCH and soft skills providing all capacity building and development opportunities to field staff through on-the-job training, mentoring and coaching
- Accompany CHWs during home visits to monitor the quality of fieldwork, and identify areas for improvement
- Review quality of work and coordinate regional activities of CHW teams through review of quality program implementation
